This test measures the same fertility hormones tested in our clinics, but at a fraction of the cost.
Female Fertility Test:

Remember:
  • You must fill out your ADx card completely or the sample may not be accepted
  • Drop enough blood on the card that it fills to the indicated line
  • Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but it’s just a simple finger prick.
  • It may take time to fill up the card with your blood, no worries about that! Be patient and take your time.
Our nurses are on standby to help you with any additional questions or issues!
You must ship your sample for testing on the same day as collection. Be sure to wait 60 minutes for the card to dry before packing it up.
You should receive your results 7-10 days after mailing your sample to the lab.
  • You will get an email from the lab once they receive your specimen for processing
  • You will get a notification once your results are ready for review
  • Easy to read results will be delivered to your portal and you will have access to recommended next steps

Yes, after 6 months your kit will no longer be usable.
Results can be viewed in your patient portal. You will receive an email when your results are ready to view.
Hormonal contraception will impact some of the hormone results that are being tested, but not all. If you are taking hormonal contraception while taking this test, we recommend that you discuss your results with a fertility provider at Kindbody to understand which tests are being impacted.

All tests are performed by a laboratory that is CLIA-certified and meets the rigorous standards of both the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and The Joint Commission accreditation. At-home collection of blood samples is used for many serum analytes and evidence indicates AMH values are comparable to routine blood sampling (McDade et al., Human Reproduction, 2012).
No, the test is self pay and is paid for at the time of the order. That said, the tests are HSA/FSA eligible! You may pay directly with your HSA/FSA card or reach out to your insurance provider for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement.
If your kit or any components in the kit arrived damaged, please email navigator@kindbody.com with a photo of the damage and they will assist in processing a replacement kit.

Yes! You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for your Kind at Home test. You can either pay out of pocket and submit the itemized receipt to your HSA or FSA plan, or you can pay for the test directly with your FSA or HSA card. Check with your HSA or FSA benefit provider if you have any questions.
